Getting started

How long does it take to set up?

Most setups take around one to two months. Timing varies based on the workflow, the systems that need to be connected, and the actions the agent will take.

What happens during the pilot?

We map your data, items, vendors and rules with your team, and set up the first workflows together. Lark learns from your history to build the demand analysis.

Then the agents run alongside your team, inside the limits you set. When the pilot is working as expected, you can turn on more agents and workflows.

How much does Lark cost?

Pricing is custom because the workflow, systems, and scope differ by client. Book a meeting and we can review your operation and provide a proposal.

Which agents are available?

Available agents include Purchasing, Demand forecasting, Inventory monitoring, Sales operations and Data analysis. You can start with one and turn on more as you go.

We can also build customized agents for your workflows. Book a meeting with us to discuss what you need.

Your systems

Does Lark replace our ERP?

No. Lark connects on top of your ERP and other existing tools. It works with the systems your team already relies on rather than asking you to replace them.

Which ERPs and systems does Lark connect to?

Lark can connect to nearly any ERP system. Examples include Epicor Prophet 21 and Eclipse, Infor CSD, Oracle NetSuite, Acumatica, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage 100/300, Spire and DDI System Inform. This is not a complete list.

It also works with Outlook and Gmail, PDF and Excel files, Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive and Dropbox, QuickBooks and HubSpot.

Book a meeting with us to confirm support for your ERP and discuss your setup.

Control and data

Can Lark change data in our ERP?

Yes, but only through workflows you approve. You approve a workflow once and set its limits; Lark then runs it on its own and logs every action.

For example, POs under $5,000 for approved vendors go through on their own; bigger ones wait for a buyer. You can pause or take over at any time.

How does Lark protect our data?

Your company's data, rules and workflows are kept separate from every other customer's. They are used only to run your agents and are never used to train models.

Credentials sit in a vault just for your company and never reach an AI model. Every read and action is logged, and your team can see the log. Lark is hosted on Google Cloud in the US, and your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Can we see everything Lark did?

Yes. Every read and every action is logged, and your team can open the log to see what Lark read or did, in which system, and when.
